💡 Compensation Notice:
All roles on the admin and regional team will begin as commission-based, with terms and pay structures discussed individually based on role and responsibilities.
These initial agreements will be in place for 1 year, after which each role will be renegotiated based on performance, growth, and company status.

🎯 Director of Operations(Part-Time)
Lead MicDrop’s internal systems and day-to-day logistics. Work directly with the founder to keep the team and platform on track.
Responsibilities:
Manage workflows and platform operations
Coordinate with marketing, accounting, and customer support
Oversee internal team communication and project timelines
Improve efficiency and user experience as we scale
📢 Director of Marketing(Part-Time)
Craft the voice and image of the MicDrop brand. Ideal for someone with a creative mind and digital marketing experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop campaigns across social media, email, and web
Manage branding, content creation, and community outreach
Drive user engagement and subscriber growth
Monitor campaign results and adjust strategy
🧾 Accounting, Merch & Support Assistant(Part-Time)
This hybrid role blends admin support, merchandise coordination, and financial tracking. You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse supporting the team and our Founding 200.
Responsibilities:
Track invoices, revenue shares, and basic bookkeeping
Organize internal documents, vendor records, and schedules
Coordinate MicDrop merchandise production and fulfillment
Communicate with Founding 200 members and manage their perks
Liaise with vendor sponsors, merch suppliers, and shipping
Assist with announcements, reward tracking, and user support
Be the face of MicDrop in your region. Build our network from the ground up by connecting with bars, bands, DJs, and karaoke hosts.
Responsibilities:
Recruit venues and entertainers to join MicDrop
Help partners onboard and stay active
Build and maintain relationships in your local entertainment scene
Promote the app in your area via events and social outreach
Report regional activity and insights to the leadership team
